I was looking for a handy person because I needed drywall removed and replaced and insulation installed due to a leak from a dryer exhaust pipe where water was condensing during the cold Winter months. Mariano was timely, worked quickly and efficiently, and showed me the fixes being made along the way to correct the problem. Because we live in Center City Philadelphia, Mariano chose to do all the cutting and preassembling at his home, making quick work of the job when he was at our townhouse. He is so conscientious, leaving everything clean and taking all his tools with him. Really nice guy, smart and quiet. Selfishly, I hope he doesn't get so busy he can't come back for future home repairs!
